Gary started training with me via my app just under 6 weeks ago & has gone from 122kg – 116.5kg / 268lbs – 255lbs & we still have another 6 weeks to go !!!!!

As always. Nothing groundbreaking. All Gary has done is apply what I told him to do.

👉 Slowly reduced daily/ weekly calorie intake to coincide with his decrease in weight.

👉 Eats a variety of foods/ what ever he wishes.

👉 4 x 30-40 minute home workouts per week.

👉 Physically & mentally feels a lot better.
