One-To-One Personal Training

Do you want me to personally train and mentor you? I’ve been helping people achieve their fitness goals for many years. Come and train with an expert and let me help you break through your barriers today! I am based in the heart of Shoreditch at The Vault Gym, a private personal training facility solely for trainers & their clients.

This means you do not have to pay any additional fees on top of the one-to-one training itself. We can meet in person for a consultation to discuss what your goals are & how I can assist in helping you achieve them. I then devise a tailor-made training programme suitable for you which we can build on over time. I work with a wide variety of clients ranging from the general public looking to tone up, lose fat or gain muscle & more advanced clients training for various sporting events.

Online One-To-One Personal Training

If you do not live or work in Central London , I can still assist you with your training and diet. We can work together either via email, phone or Skype calls. We initially speak to discuss your goals & how these can be achieved together. Once this is accomplished we can then move on to devising a tailored training programme suitable for you along with guidance on changing your eating habits/lifestyle and create a diet plan. Upon completion, we can keep in contact throughout the week to make sure you are reaching your targets to achieve the long term goals you have set.
