3 supersets of around 10 reps on each.

๐Ÿ‘‰Tricep pushdown – Curls.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Overhead extension – Hammer curls.

Notice I am not using a lot of weight. I can go a lot heavier but do not see the point on sacrificing form.

1 You will stimulate muscle fibres harder = greater hypertrophy.

2 Decrease your chances of injuries.

I am 43 with a autoimmune disease which affects my entire body. I want to train until i am an old man ๐Ÿ˜„.

Leave your ego at the door. Focus on quality NOT quantity.
