Constantly changing your routine around in the gym is a silly thing to do. How do you expect to progress if you are not sticking to a structured plan.
If your current routine feels a little stale. Why not make small changes first,like increase rep range, volume of sets etc etc before looking at a new routine to follow.
You could take some time off from training too as an option. Many people train & train for weeks/ months on end without a break which will have a negative affect on your training physically & mentally.
Remember. Rest & recovery is just as important as training itself.
