Those who know me, especially clients know that I am of an old school philosophy when it comes to getting in shape & it never ceases to amaze me that people always want the easy option.
I have seen many statements & contraptions all stating that this product or system will get you in to shape with no effort or within half the normal time, but it looks like watchdog are putting their foot down on this one ….
