Here is a simple but effective circuit you can do at home or outdoors, whilst using minimal equipment.

All you need is your own body weight and or a small selection of home weight training equipment.

This work out will hit every muscle group in your body, whilst raising your heart rate.

Allow yourself 3- 5 minutes to get warmed up & raise your heart rate, once you are ready to go follow the below without any rest period between each exercise.

1.)   Pull ups / Chins x 8-10

2.)   Alternate Lunges x 20-30 per leg

3.)   Standing Jumps x 10 – 15

4.)   Press ups x 20 – 30

5.)   Burpees x 12 –  15

6.)   Tricep Dips x 12 – 15

7.)   Sprint on the spot/bring knees up high 20 – 30 seconds

8.)   Dead lifts with either barbell or dumbbell x 10 – 15

Once completed, give your self around 1 – 3 minutes rest, this will depend on your fitness levels.

Complete the circuit a further 3 times. The whole circuit from start to finish should take you around 20 – 30 minutes.
