4 exercises. 20 reps on each for 5 rounds with 1-2 minutes rest in between each round.
👉 Kneeling shoulder press.
👉 Squat – Stiff leg deadlifts.
👉 Hammer curl.
👉 Low – high wood chop ( 10 a side).
Remember to focus on form. If it means lifting less weight or doing slightly less reps, do so.
