At 44 & a neurological auto immune illness I really have to take extra care of my body, given that it doesn’t function properly anymore.
Keeping my knees & the surrounding areas as healthy as possible is a must.
I do these exercises 3 x a week as part of my regular training program.
Sled pull.
Banded knee extension.
Peterson step up.
My legs definitely feel better for doing so.
