Alcohol can be high in calories (dependent on volumes & frequency consumed).Be mindful of what you are drinking, if you are trying to maintain your current weight .
Make good food choices. Foods ideally lower in calories than normal as you will be consuming more through alcohol .
Keep as active as possible to counteract some of the additional calories consumed with excessive food & drink. It will also help with your mental wellbeing as alcohol is a depressant .
