Slowly reduced daily/ weekly calorie intake to coincide with his decrease in body weight.
Eats a variety of foods/ what ever he wishes but sticks to calorie volumes. Making it more sustainable.
2 gym sessions per week. Consisting of weight training.
Physically & mentally feels a lot better.
Sleeps better.
