Having an auto immune illness (myasthenia gravis) & a 10 month old baby definitely impacts my workouts now days.

Yesterday I did a leg workout that I just didn’t feel like doing, but once it was over. I felt a million times better both mentally & physically for doing it.

Once you’ve beaten the urge to skip a workout a few times, you soon realise how good it feels to get the work done on the tough days.

Just remember to learn the difference between when you should do that workout or when you really need the rest.
