Congratulations to my client Simon. He has managed to drop 12 lbs/ 5.4kg over the last 10 weeks as he wanted to look more athletic for his holiday next month and also feel more confident about himself long term too.
A great effort that was made easy as he now approaches health, fitness & wellness as a lifestyle. Where as before he did not enjoy the process.
All he did :
Reduced overall daily/ weekly calorie intake. CONSISTENTLY.
Drinks less alcohol every week.
Eats a variety of better quality foods. NO restrictions on what he can/ can not eat.
2-4 workouts a week. Some in person with me & some by himself in the gym under my guidance.
Increase in daily NEAT ( Non-exercise activity thermogenesis ). Walking more/ moving more etc.
