If you do not live or work in Central London, I can still assist you with your training and diet. We can work together either via email, phone or video calls. We initially speak to discuss your goals & how these can be achieved together. Once this is accomplished we can then move on to devising a tailored training programme suitable for you along with guidance on changing your eating habits/lifestyle and create a diet plan. Upon completion, we can keep in contact throughout the week to make sure you are reaching your targets to achieve the long term goals you have set.
